Welcome to Saol Therapies, which is Gaelic for Life Therapies, and that’s the principle behind the therapies we are providing.  They are there for life, and to help you live your life, whatever that might be.  It’s beneficial to give yourself an hour or just a half hour, to get away from the stresses of our everyday lives.  However, we know that it’s not always easy to get out of the home; therefore we can come to you and fit around your lifestyle.

Based in Swindon, Wiltshire, on the edge of the Cotswolds, we offer a range of therapies to help relieve the stresses of modern life.   These treatments are available either in your own home or in our treatment room. We can provide a mobile service within a 20 mile radius of Swindon.

The practice is run by Jo Rigden, a Holistic Therapist, she is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and International Council of Holistic Therapists, all fully insured.  Our treatments are designed to be a relaxing experience, where the client can feel comfortable and un-intimidated, however at the same time a high level of professionalism is provided.
